1989 is something that I would classify as a pop bible. This album was a full transition into pop music, and named after her birth year, so it was heavily inspired by 80's synth pop. Some of Taylor's most famous songs are featured on this album like "Shake it Off", "Blank Space," and "Style," which solidified her status as a popstar.
